– مقدمة للقانون (خصائص القاعدة القانونية ، الأهداف العامة للقانون ، أسس القانون ، مصادر القانون)
– التعاقدات (طبيعتها ، أنواعها ، مكوناتها)
– القوانين الحاكمة للتعاقدات ( القانون المدني والتجاري – قانون الشركات والعقود – قوانين المناقصات والمزايدات فى الحكومة والمال العام – العقود الدولية مثل الفيديك)
– إدارة التعاقدات (التأمين – الضمان – المطالبات – التحكيم )
– القوانين المتعلقة بالهندسة الميكانيكية (قانون الضرائب ، قوانين البيئة والتخطيط العمراني ، قوانين العمل والتنظيمات المهنية مثل النقابات ...).

مطلوب عمل بحث فى أحدى النقاط السابقة مع مراعاة النقاط التالية:-
1- البحث فردى لكل طالب؟طالبة
2- اختياري لنقاط البحث بالتنسيق الجماعي مع مراعاة عدم تكرار الموضوع
3- البحث يكتب بطريقة علمية (غلاف قياسي-شكر وتقدير- مقدمة-الموضوع (نص-أشكال –جداول-رسومات-معادلات ....) المراجع-الفهرس)
4- عدد الصفحات الكلية للبحث لايقل عن 10 صفحات
5- يقدم البحث قابل للمناقشة فى صورة ورقية + ملف الكتروني or Flash Doc, PDF, Power point
6- يقيم البحث لكل طالب ويعرض بعضها كنموذج للطلاب وله تقييم رقمي لأعمال السنة
7- يسلم التقرير خلال أسبوعين بخلاف أسبوع الاختيار

1- Overall Aims of Course
This course is designed to provide the student with an introduction to basics of law, legislations and contracts and identify the ethics of engineering professions
